dc.description | This research was conducted to find out the influence of the culture of the Organization, the work environment, compensation and motivation of work on performance of employees. This research uses descriptive research with quantitative approach. The method used is the method by which the survey research conducted by taking samples from the population and use the questionnaire as a tool collection staple. The population in this study are employees of the Cooperative Loan in Gunung Kidul by taking a sample of 10 cooperative loan with 100 respondents. Based on the calculation results SPSS 23 F test result significant probability of 0.000 < 0.05 Ho rejected and Ha received, so in this research on organizational culture, work environment, compensation and work motivation a simultaneous effect on performance employees. The coefficient of determination R2 and score = 0.561 wich means 56.1% of the employee performance can be explained by the variables of organizational culture, work environment, and compensation and the remaining 43.9% is explained by other variables. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dimana penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel dari seluruh populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan pokok. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam di Gunung Kidul dengan mengambil sampel 10 koperasi simpan pinjam dengan 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan SPSS 23 hasil uji F Probabilitas signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga pada penelitian ini budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan skor koefisien determinasi R2 = 0,561 yang berarti 56,1% kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja dan sisanya 43,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. | en_US |
