PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI ANTARA ORANG TUA DAN ANAK TERHADAP PERILAKU KEAGAMAAN ANAK DI DUSUN KAWERON MAGELANG
Abstract
Communication is called effective if the communicant (child) can interpret what is meant by the communicator (parent). The source of misunderstanding in communication can occur when the meaning of the message captured by the communicant (child) is different from what is intended by the communicator (parent). This can be caused due to the communicator fails to communicate the meaning conveyed correctly. This study aims to determine the influence of communication between parents and children on children's religious behavior in Kaweron Magelang (case studies
of class V and VI in MI Muhammadiyah Kaweron). The population in this study were class V and VI MI Muhammadiyah Kaweron with a total of 45 students. Samples were taken using a random sampling technique with a total of 30 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire method to find out the influence of communication between parents and children on children's religious behavior. In addition, interviews are used to find out the history and development of schools and observations are used to elaborate how the responses of students and teachers at school. Test research instruments using validity and reliability testing. Analysis prerequisite test using normality and partial test (t-test). The analysis in this study uses product moment analysis and multiple linear analysis. The results show that there is an influence of communication between parents and children on children's religious behavior simultaneously. It is indicated by the Fcount 489.289 and Ftable 3.34 so that Fcount> Ftable with multiple correlation coefficients R = 0.986.
