PENGARUH MENDENGARKAN BACAAN AL-QUR’AN SURAT AR-RAHMAN DAN TERJEMAHNYA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KUALITAS TIDUR SISWI KELAS I MTs MU’ALLIMAAT YANG MENGALAMI CEMAS PERPISAHAN
Abstract
A good quality of sleep and regularly has caused the activities of body and daily would run normally. The sleep quality of person is influenced by some factor. They are health status, environment, diet, life style, medicines, and psychology stress. More than 25% a group of teenager aged 11-17 years old has known have sleep disorder. A student whom lived at dormitory (santri) is having anxious when separated from her parents. Anxious is strongly related with insomnia. In this context, this is effected on feeling of afraid to sleep alone, and behaviors such as angry, cry, do not want to separated from parents which led to the decreasing of life quality.
Methods: The research design is an experiment with an approach of pre and post test group control. Sampling was carried out by a Random sampling technique that involved 70 respondents, divided into 35 respondents treatment group and 35 respondents control. Treatment group got intervention 14 days consecutively. Before and after intervention, the sleep quality of respondent is measured by Pitsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Data analysis using paired sample t-test, Wilcoxon test, and Mann Whitney test.
Results: The results showed that there was no significant difference in the respondents’ sleep qualities before and after listening Al-Quran along with read meaning of verses in the intervention and control group (p>0,05).
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that listening Al-Quran (Ar-Rahman) along with read meaning of verses no significant effect on sleep quality grade 1 student at MTs Muallima'at that having of separation anxiety disorder
