The entry of the digital era makes the development of television in Indonesia increasingly sophisticated. Now, we can watch television anywhere just using a mobile phone or tablet device and an internet connection with broadcast streaming technology. In this research, researchers examined one of streaming television based supporters PSS Sleman is Elja TV. This research focuses on the management of production and how the application of management functions in each event production that undertaken by Elja TV. The management function such as function of planning, function of organizing, function of actuating and functions of controlling. The four functions of management is carried out at each production. The function of planning is always done on the day before the production process by organizing a production meeting. The functions of organizing is where the crew get their job-desk severally. The function of actuating, researchers will see how a head of production gives direction and influence to his team. The functions of controlling also have been done from the pre-production time, production to post-production be held.
