this study attempts to knows the difference between injection the effectiveness of lidocain 1 mg/KgBB in additional to tramadol with an injection lidocain 1 mg/KgBB in the provision of block the dorsum the penis patients circumcision. Methods : The research is a quasi exsperimental research, namely a research in which found at least one variebles manipulated to study the relation causation. Treatment given is giving injection lidocain 1 mg/KgBB + tramadol and injection lidocain 1 mg/KgBB in patients circumcision. The subject of research is patients do circumcision used technique dorsumsisi in mass circumcision held in RSKIA Sadewa, Sleman, Yogyakarta aged 5-12 year some 18 respondents. The data using observation to technique test and measurements. Instrument used is analog visual scale. Analysis techniques the data used independent sample t-test (test t) through a prerequisite normality test. Result : The result of the study obtained that there are significant differences the effectiveness of between injection lidocaine 1 mg/KgBB in additional to tramadol with an injection 1 mg/KgBB in the provision of block dorsum penis patients circumcision, shown value significance (sig in test t of 0,000 smaller than 0.00 ( sig &; 0.05 ). Its mean value obtained from granting lidocaine 1 mg/KgBB + tramadol of 3.39 while the injection lidocain 1 mg/KgBB its 5,56. With its mean value smaller, means the provision of injection lidocaine 1 mg/KgBB 1 mg/KgBB + tramadol more effective ease the pain than the provision of injection lidocaine 1 mg/KgBB in patients circumcision.
