There has been numerous Kamen Rider characters appeared. One of them originates from Japan which produces Kamen Rider. Indonesia also creates one character of Kamen Rider combining Indonesia emblem, Garuda, that is Bima X who originates from Indonesia. This film showcases aggressiveness, nevertheless many children love this film. This research employed qualitative approach with descriptive method in which data and facts were described in words or pictures instead of numbers. Descriptive method described what, why, and how a phenomenon occurs. Data analysis was the simplification of the words into readable text. The qualitative data in form of words, sentences or narrations were collected from in-depth interview or observation. In analyzing the qualitative data, the steps involved data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data concluding. The research found that Bima X presented a warrior characterized as strong and tough to eradicate the evil in Indonesia. The character was also portrayed as Indonesian hero. The perception of students at SDN 4 Menteng Palangkaraya toward Bima X at RCTI was generally positive. They loved the film aired by RCTI and it was well received by the students in SDN 4 Menteng Palangkaraya.
