Tourist utilizing the services of travel agencies who is experienced in managing and organizing tourism. Typically, these agencies already have some tourism program that is ready to offer to the tourists. From the program options that offered, tourists can simply choose a program that fits their criteria. Utilizing the services of a travel agency is a process that is fast and easy, but sometimes the tourists decided to make their own tourism program plans because tourism programs that offered by travel agents generally inflexible. Where the tourists do not have the flexibility or the ability to change the program like choose their own activities such as tourism attractions, modes of transport, where to eat, or a place to stay that is desired. Therefore, by making their own tourism program plan, the tourists can have more flexibility in doing tourism. Another advantage, also allows tourists to save money on travel, meals, or lodging. Although making your own program of tourism plan by utilizing the tourism sites provide benefits in terms of flexibility, but the process is difficult because the information given by tourism website is not necessarily complete, so they have to visit multiple sites leading to more sites to be visited by tourists. This research is done using user centered design (UCD) method and implemented through several steps: requirement gathering , requirement analysis , specification requirement , design and prototyping , evaluation , implementation , and release .User that will be involved in this research are they who have experience in making tourism program plan them selves. The process for requirement gathering will be done using questionnaire and the process for evaluation will be questionnaire. From the result of evaluation it is proven that the website is able to help the tourist to make their own tourism program
