dc.description | Management of Good Manufacturing Practice on Banana Processed Production in Group of Women Farmer Seruni Berbah Subdistrict Sleman Regency Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The aims of this research are to find information about the profile of Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Seruni, management and application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in KWT Seruni. This research is using descriptive method with 10 respondents. All respondents are producers of food in KWT Seruni. The management of Good Manufacturing Practice in KWT Seruni consist of six indicators: planning (training), organizing, briefing, coordination (routine meeting), monitoring and evaluation. Level of Good Manufacturing Practice application in KWT Seruni are consist of 18 indicators: location, building, facility and sanitation, machine and tools, ingredients/composition, process monitoring, final product, laboratory, staff/worker, controller, label and product information, storage, maintenance and sanitation program, transportation, documentation and quotation, training, product retirement, and implementation direction. Indicator of location, indicator of building, indicator of facility, sanitation, indicator of machine and tools, indicator of staff/worker, indicator id packaging, indicator of maintenance and sanitation program, indicator of carrying, indicator of retirement product and indicator of implementation direction is in good condition. Indicator of monitoring process, indicator of final product, indicator of label and product information, indicator of storage, and indicator of quotation and documentation is in good enough condition.
