This research aims to describe about effectivities onfarm Standard Operational Procedure adoption by organic dan conventional rice plant in subdistrict Pandak, Bantul regency. To find out the comparation among productivities, incomes and profits organic and conventional based on the adoption or applications.This research conducting in Pandak Subdistrict by purposive metodh. Responden are consisting by the organic farmers and conventional within 33 farmers on both, which join the farmers group “Mitra Usaha Tani”. The samples are taking by sensus on the organic rice and random sampling on the conventional rice farmers. The facts given that the effectivies show organic rice plant more effective than conventional by average about 71,26% it means the accesion is high and the average score is 3,14 it means high enough compare to coventional which has 63.73% and it is in medium level also has average score 2,91 which is grouping in enough condition. The profits comparation on organic also has higher value Rp. 5.928.114 and on conventional has Rp. 3.625.750.
