EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN KLAIM BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI RUMAH SAKIT PKU MUHAMMADIYAH GAMPING
Abstract
Background: The hospital have a payment system through the INA CBGs tarif by BPJS Kesehatan in which in there are problems after appear related to BPJS claim. Based on the interviews from the director of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gamping there is some problem about the payment, especially there are different in payment from BPJS. Purpose: To find out the implementation of claims for social security administrators in outpatients at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gamping.
Method: In this study using a qualitatife deskriptiv method with a case study approach. Methods of collecting the data with questionnaires and interviews. This study at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gamping at June until September 2016. The subjects of the research are the finance director, head of medical reload, the verificator of BPJS in hospital and some of specialist doctor.
Results and discussion: The claim procedure of BPJS which administration verification based on the rule of BPJS. But there is some problem like diferent diagnosed between hospital and BPJS verification, registration mistake, and incomplete data the specialist doctor.
Conclusion : The delayed payment from BPJS at PKU hospital have become the most problem because of incomplete data.
