This study aims to test and prove empirically related Intellectual Capital, Managerial Ownership and Profitability to Company Value. This study uses Company Value as the dependent variable and Intellectual Capital, Managerial Ownership and Profitability as independent variables. The problem in this study is the decline in share prices of Apple companies due to a decrease in revenue from sales of iPhone products. This research is quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2018 period. The sample selection in this study uses a purposive sampling method. Based on the results of purposive sampling obtained 48 samples. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 19.0 program. The results showed that intellectual capital as measured by VAIC had no effect on company value, managerial ownership as measured by the managerial ownership formula had no effect on company value and profitability as measured by using ROE had a positive and significant effect on company value.
