DETERMINAN KETIMPANGAN PENDAPATAN DI PROVINSI JAWA BARAT TAHUN 2014-2018
Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of Human Development Indeks (HDI), Labor Force Participation Rate, Gross Domestic Product per capita (GDP Per Capita) and Total Population toward Income Inequality in Province of West Java in 2014-2018. This research used secondary data panel of cross section (27 regencies/municipalities in the Province of West Java) and time series (2014-2018). Whereas the approach FEM (Fixed Effect Model) were used to estimate this regression models. Regression result show that the variables Human Development Indeks (IPM) and Total Population influential negative and significant on income inequality between regions, GDP percapita influential positive and significant on income inequality between regions, and Labor Force Participation Rate influential negative and not significant on income inequality between regions.
