This research aims to analize some factors such as capital, working hours, number of employees, and long effort that influence the income of batik traders in trusmi market in Cirebon District. The research utilizes primary data with random sampling method by giving questionairs and interviewing to 100 batik traders in the market and uses Multiple Linear Regression as the method. This analysis obtains the results that capital and number of employees carry significant and positive effects to the income of batik traders in Trusmi market. Meanwhile, working hours and long effort do not influence their income significantly.
