ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI HARGA KARET DI INDONESIA PERIODE 1987-2018
Abstract
Indonesia as an agricultural country makes most of its population work in
agriculture and Indonesia is the second largest rubber producer in the world after
Thailand. This study aims to analyze the effect of international rubber prices, the
volume of rubber exports, and the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US
dollar on the price of domestic rubber (Indonesian prices). The type of data used
is secondary data with time series from 1987-2018 using the Multiple Linear
Regression (OLS) method. In the period 1987-2018 in general the results of this
study indicate that the variable international rubber prices have a positive and
significant relationship to domestic rubber prices (Indonesian prices). The volume
of rubber exports has a negative and significant relationship to the price of
domestic rubber (Indonesian prices), and the rupiah exchange rate against the
United States dollar does not have a significant relationship to the price of
domestic rubber (Indonesian prices).
