PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (STUDI PADA INDUSTRI KULINER KELUARGA)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence between compensation on employee performance on Industri Kuliner Keluarga. The sample technique in this study used saturated samples and collected 50 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis method used in the form of simple regression, multiple regression, and path analysis. The results show that compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation has significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction does mediate the influence between compensation on employee performance.
