PENGARUH IKLIM PSIKOLOGIS DAN KETERLIBATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS KEBUDAYAAN SLEMAN
Abstract
This study aims to examine the Effect of Psychological Climate, Job Involvement and Employee Performance at Dinas Kebudayaan. Data is taken in the form of a questionnaire that refers to the Likert scale. The sample technique in this study used a population of 30 respondents. The analysis tool technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, the instrument validity test uses the corrected item-total correlation analysis and the reliability test uses the alpha croanbach formula. The results showed that psychological climate had no negative and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the significance value of the psychological climate on the employee performance of 0.569 and the value of β = -0.087. Job involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the significance value of the psychological climate on the employee performance of 0,000 and β = 0.370.
