PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, PROMOSI JABATAN, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work environment, promotion and compensation to turnover intention at Matahari Hotel Yogyakarta employees. In this study the method of data collection was thr census method using a questionnaire with a population of 65 employees. The number of questionnaires that can be processed are questionnaires. The data analysis technique of this study uses multiple regression analysis
The result of this study indicate that job satisfaction has negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Work environment has anegative and significant effect on turnover intention. Promotion has a negative and signivicant effect on turnover intention. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
