ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA MITRA GOJEK STUDI PADA GOJEK AREA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the effect of incentive and motivation toward performance. The respondents in this research are partners of Gojek in Yogyakarta area. The number of the respondents in this research is determined based on Slovin method, and determined amount of 103 respondents
Based on the results of this research and data analysis using multiple regression analysis, can be concluded that: (1) incentive has positive effect on performance of Gojek’s partners in Yogyakarta area. (2) Motivation has positive effect on performance of Gojek’s partners in Yogyakarta area
Implication based on result of this study, management of Gojek needs to do many kind of incentives and motivation to emerge Gojek’s partners performance in Yogyakarta area
