PENGARUH VARIABEL - VARIABEL MANAJEMEN MUTU TERPADU (KOMITMEN MANAJER, PELATIHAN DAN PERBAIKAN BERKESINAMBUNGAN) TERHADAP KINERJA PROYEK
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Total Quality Management
(TQM) on Project Performance. For TQM it will be measured using independent
variables which include: manager commitment, training and continuous
improvement. The sampling method used in this study is non probability sampling,
namely the purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were
36 respondents who were project managers in Yogyakarta with experience having
completed more than 1 time a construction project and had attended training.
Quantitative data analysis techniques in this study use multiple linear
regression models with hypothesis testing, F test and t test which are processed
with SPSS software. The results of the F test of this study prove that the TQM
variables include manager's commitment, training, and continuous improvement
jointly influence the project performance and for the t test results show continuous
training and improvement have a positive and significant influence on project
performance, but for commitment managers have no influence on project
performance.
