dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual, motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi kasus pada BRI Syariah KC Tasikmalaya). Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan BRI Syariah KC Tasikmalaya. Setelah dilakukan tinjauan pustaka dan penyusunan hipotesis, data yang dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner sebanyak 51 responden karyawan BRI Syariah KC Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh karyawan BRI Syariah KC Tasikmalaya menjadi sampel. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan BRI Syariah KC Tasikmalaya, sedangkan motivasi ekstrinsik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan BRI Syariah KC Tasikmalaya. Motivasi intrinsik atau kebutuhan tingkat tinggi telah terpenuhi, sehingga motivasi ekstrinsik atau kebutuhan tingkat rendah tidak lagi memotivasi dan memberikan dampak terhadap kinerja karyawan BRI Syariah KC Tasikmalaya. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The research aimed at evaluating the effect of spiritual leadership, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation toward employee’s working performance (a study case at BRI Syariah kKC Tasikmalaya). The objects of the research are employees of BRI Syariah KC Tasikmalaya. Library study and hypothesis drawing were conducted in the research. The data were collected through questionnaire distributed to 51 respondents of BRI Syariah KC Tasikmalaya employees. The data were collected using saturation sample technique with all employees of BRI Syariah KC Tasikmalaya as the samples. The data were analysed using Partial Least Square (PLS). the hypothesis were examined using Smart-PLS 3.0 application. The research result indicates that spiritual leadership and intrinsic motivation affect the working performance of BRI Syariah KC Tasikmalaya’s employees while extrinsic motivation does not affect the working performance of BRI Syariah KC Tasikmalaya’s employees. The intrinsic motivation or the high level needs have been fulfilled, thus the extrinsic motivation or the low level needs are no longer motivating and affecting the working performance of BRI Syariah KC Tasikmalaya. | en_US |
