INOVASI KEBIJAKAN PENGIRIMAN PESAN TERPUSAT (OSS) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DAYA TARIK INVESTASI DI KABUPATEN BANTUL
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the innovation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system on investment attractiveness. This research is a quantitative study. The type of data used is primary data in the form of questionnaires and interviews with investors and employees of the Integrated Investment and Services Office of Bantul Regency and secondary data in the form of questionnaires used to test hypotheses. The variables used in this study are variables of service quality, service procedures, and information and communication technology. The sample used in this study is 96 respondents. Based on the results of the study, the results show that the variables of service quality, service procedures, and information and communication technology had a positive and significant effect on the attractiveness to investment.
