The purposes of this research are 1) To analyze optimal ordering of pati onggok raw
materials in UD. Jaya. 2) To knows safety stock of pati onggok raw materials in UD. Jaya.
3) To knows reorder point of pati onggok raw materials in UD. Jaya. 4) To knows the total
inventory cost of pati onggok raw material in UD. Jaya. 5) Analyze the factors that
influence the supply of raw materials for pati onggok in UD. Jaya 6) Analyze the trend of
pati onggok raw material needs at UD. Jaya eight weeks ahead. The research method used
is descriptive method. While the implementation method using a case study method. The
results of the research were analyzed using the EOQ method, safety stock, reorder point,
total inventory cost, multiple linear regression, and trend. The results of this research are
1) Ordering the optimum raw material for pati onggok using EOQ is 37,389.91 kg/week.
2) Safety stock of pati onggok is 353 kg/week. 3) The reorder point is need to do if the pati
onggok raw material in the warehouse is 3,704.2 kg. 4) Total inventory costs using EOQ
is Rp. 1,633,191.26,00. 5) Factors that affect the supply of pati onggok raw materials in
UD. Jaya are raw material prices, total usage, ordering costs, and storage costs. 6) The
trend of the need for raw materials for pati onggok for the next eight weeks from January
to February 2019 tends to decrease.
