CV. Maju Kembali is a company that produces furniture. This research aims to find out defects and factors that causes defects in furniture production process at CV. Maju Kembali. This research uses descriptive basic method with case studies as its research implementation. Sampling method uses purposive sampling. Using primary and secondary data. Collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis uses check sheet, histogram, pareto diagram, fishbone diagram. As the results, broken furniture is the most dominant defect, while less dry wood and less subtle side are the least. Factors that causes defects are machines, raw materials, and environment on detention; humans, methods, machines, raw materials, and environment on assembly; methods, raw materials, and environment on sanding; humans, methods, raw materials, and environment on finishing.
