PENGARUH KINERJA GURU TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR ISMUBA SISWA DI SMA MUHAMMADIYAH BANTUL
Abstract
This research aims to: (1) Analyze teacher performance in SMA Muhammadiyah Bantul, (2) Analyze the Ismuba learning achievement of the students in SMA Muhammadiyah Bantul, (3) Find out the influence of teacher performance toward the Ismuba Learning Achievement of Students in SMA Muhammadiyah Bantul .
The research type was descriptive quantitative. The location chosen in this research was SMA Muhammadiyah Bantul. The population used in this research was 35 teachers and 46 students. the sampling technique applied was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques were questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used statistic descriptive and linear regression.
The research results show that: (1) The teacher performance level is categorized as high that is 77%, (2) The student learning achievement on Ismuba subject is categorized as high that is 67.4%, (3) There is a significant influence between teacher performance toward the Ismuba Learning Achievement of Students in SMA Muhammadiyah Bantul that is 28.5% and 71.5% is influenced by another factor that is home visit(religious gathering).
