PENGARUH PEMBERDAYAAN PSIKOLOGIS, LOCUS OF CONTROL INTERNAL DAN KEPEMIMPINAN PEMBERDAYAAN TERHADAP KREATIVITAS KARYAWAN
Abstract
This study aims to determine and test whether psychological empowerment, internal locus of control, and empowerment leadership affect employee creativity. The research conducts by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees working in 5 BMTs in Yogyakarta. This analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS 16. The analytical method used was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that psychological empowerment has a positive effect on employee creativity, meaning that employees can process their reasoning to be able to bring up creative ideas for BMT. Internal locus of control has a positive effect on employee creativity, where the existence of self-control from an employee in the face of his job will increase the creativity of the employee. Empowerment leadership has a positive effect on employee creativity, which means that leaders who trust their employees will make an employee feel empowered so they can complete difficult work with creative things.
