The development of information technology in this era has become an important part in the success of an information system. One part of information technology is the thesis trial scheduling system. Thesis scheduling system is a system that utilizes the development of information technology with the hope that this system can help to simplify the management of student registrant data for the thesis trial and simplify the delivery of the thesis trial schedule. This system contains the scheduling of the thesis trial at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, the final assignment session must be carried out by S1 students as graduation requirements. In this study using Netbeans IDE 8.2 with the PHP programming language and phpMyAdmin database.The method used in this study is waterfall. The results of this study are to build a Scheduling System for Final Project or Thesis Session which is used as a web-based scheduling system, so that administrators can arrange schedules more effectively and efficiently, and trial registrants can view and monitor schedules online.
