dc.description | ABSTRACT
The dual monetary systems that applied in Indonesia are conventional system and also Syariah system. Apart from the fact that the majority of the Indonesian people are Muslims where Muslims avoid the implementation of a system that contains elements of Riba, Indonesia also realizes that the sharia system actually has good potential for the economic sector in a country, also brings prosperity that is expected by every human being. The research found that M1 and M2 are not influenced by exchange rate volatility and inflation, in contrast to the M1ISL condition, the exchange rate can affect M1ISL positively in the first lag, it means that if there is a phenomenon where the rupiah is appreciating against the dollar then the amount of money in the component M1ISL will increase. In addition, the two variables responded Inflation and also the exchange rate for the application of interest rates from the conventional side shows that the situation does not respond, in other words, it does not have any influence even though there is a positive influence but does not have a big impact. However, in contrast to the response to Sharia Return to inflation and also the exchange rate, Sharia Return provides a fairly good and positive response to inflation and also the exchange. Therefore, in this study will be much better if the Indonesian people fully understand how well the implementation of the sharia system is for the country's economy. | en_US |
