This study aims to analyze rice production in Kulon Progo regency. The variables used in this study were land area, harvested area, farmer groups, and precipitation. The secondary data that were used to support this study obtained from Central agency of Statistics and Departement of Agriculture of Special Region of Yogyakarta. There were 36 data gained from twelve subdistricts used as the samples in this study from 2015-2017. The analytical technique used to see analysis of factors effect rice productionin kulon progo regencywas panel data analysis with Random Effect Model Approach. The result of study showed that the land area, the harvested area, and precipitation variables had significantly positive and significant effect on the amount of production. Meanwhile, the farmer groups had positive and not significant effect on the rice production in Regency Kulon Progo.
