Lung hospital Respira is a special hospital to treat lung health. Pharmaceutical installations at Respira hospital contribute substantially to the hospital revenues. The purpose of this research is to get the right and efficient drug procurement process. This study uses secondary data in the from of drug item data, unit price of drug, and amount of drug usage in period of January 2017 until December 2017. This research is an observational research (non experiment). In the planning of drug procurement, this research is done by using value analysis, investment analysis, and critical index ABC analysis. In the ABC analysis the critical index was used to find out wich groups were included in the catagories of group A, group B, and group C. In this study, 2 drug items were included in group A, 58 drug items were included in group B, 275 drug items were included in group C.
