PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN, KELELAHAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PERAWAT RS PKU MUHAMMADIYAH GAMPING
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Role Conflict, Emotional Exhaustion on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Nurse PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. Subjects in this study is a nurse. Object in this research PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. In this study a sample of 55 respondents taken using purposive sampling. Analyzer used is Partial Least Square (PLS).
Based on the analysis that has been done, the results shows that role conflict have negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, emotional exhaustion have negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, role conflict have negative and significant effect to organizational commitment, emotional exhaustion have negative and significant effect to organizational commitment, job satisfaction positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
