PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN YANG MELAYANI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership variables that serve, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to employee performance at Cilacap Health Office. The data used in this study was collected through questionnaires and shown on 95 Employees of civil servants at the Office of Health Cilacap. This data analysis technique includes reliability test, validity test, and classical assumption.
The results of this study show that serving leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.
