PENGARUH BULLYING TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SANTRI DALAM PONDOK PESANTREN AN-NUR BANTUL
Abstract
The purpose of this study aims to determine the forms of bullying, learning motivation,
and the effect of bullying on the motivation to learn of students at An-Nur Islamic Boarding
School. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive correlational model. The data
collection technique used a questionnaire, interview, and observation. The population in this
study were all male students of An-Nur Islamic Boarding School, the sampling technique used
purposive random sampling as many as 226 respondents. The data analysis technique used
multiple linear regression formula.
The result of this study indicates that the form of bullying that often occurs is verbal
oppression. It can be concluded that the bullying category that occurs in An-Nur Islamic
boarding school is the most common verbal abuse. The highest learning motivation of students in
An-Nur Islamic boarding school is the diligent aspect and tenacious aspect so that it can be
concluded that students who are boarded in An-Nur Islamic Boarding School still have
persistence and tenacity in learning. While the learning motivation in An-Nur Islamic boarding
school can be concluded that the result of learning motivation test shows that bullying
significantly influences learning motivation. It shows that Ha accepted Ho refused.
