ANALISIS TROUBLESHOOTING SISTEM KELISTRIKAN BODY DAN SISTEM PENGISIAN SERTA MODIFIKASI ARUS PADA HEADLAMP SEPEDA MOTOR SUZUKI NEX FI
Abstract
Technological developments in the automotive world today show that vehicles designed in addition to transportation are also designed for driver comfort. In the vehicle there is an electrical system that has a function to provide comfort and safety when driving. Generally the electrical system on a motorcycle can be divided into 3 parts, namely the Charging System, Lighting System and Ignition System
Examination of the body's electrical system and charging system is done by checking the voltage, resistance, current flowing in each electrical component and then the results of these measurements are adjusted to the component specifications in the guidebook. In addition, this study changes AC current in head lights to DC current, which is has the purpose that the head lights have a stable light level.
Based on the results of the component inspection, it can be concluded that the inspection of the body's electrical system includes head lights, city lights, rear lights, turn signals, and horns. While the filling system checks include the regulator, leakage current and output voltage on charging. In addition, the modifications made to the head lights not only cause the head lamp to make more stable, but to mkae the lamp brighter than before.
