This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital on the performance of creative industries sub-sector in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The variables used in this research are human capital, structural capital, and customer's capital. Based on the analysis that has been done by primary data, this research use multiple linear regression analysis method, and use validity test, reliability test, T test, F test, and determination (supported by primary data). Outcome: (1) Human capital has a positive and significant impact on business performance; (2) Structural Capital does not affect business performance; (3) Relational Capital has a positive and significant impact on business performance.
