The agricultural sector has an important role in Indonesia. At the present, the existence of the agricultural sector needs support from financial institutions on the capital side. The existence of KSU BMT Bina Sejahtera able to provide the supply modal for farmers through sharia financing in the agricultural sector. The purpose of this study increase knowledge regarding the procedure Musharaka financing agricultural in KSU BMT Bina Sejahtera and to analyze the suitability of sharia financing in the agriculture sector in KSU BMT Bina Sejahtera with the guidance of Islamic law. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method which conducted by interview, observation and documentation. The data collection use 2 informan from management staff at KSU BMT Bina Sejahtera and 5 from KSU BMT Bina Sejahtera partners who have project on musharaka financing of the agriculture sector. The validity test of data uses triangulation method. The result of research at KSU BMT Bina Sejahtera is the sharia procedure of musharaka financing contract on the agricultural sector begins with the filing of the financing form and the completeness of the file, then checks, the survey which generates the profit-sharing offer, finally the decision of the meeting of the financing committee. Meanwhile, musharaka financing which is still not in accordance with the fatwa of DSN MUI such as concerning the agreement of capital, the existence of interest and the loss-sharing is still obligation only for consumers.
