ANALISIS PENGARUH PENGELUARAN PEMERINTAH SEKTOR PENDIDIKAN, PRODUK DOMESTIK REGIONAL BRUTO DAN ANGKATAN KERJA TERHADAP KEMISKINAN DI INDONESIA
Abstract
Poverty is a problem in parts of the world especially phenomenal Indonesia which is a developing country. Still high poverty or poor population in Indonesia, indicated by the percentage of the poor population, shows the process of economic development that has not been able to improve the welfare of its people. To address the problem of poverty, the first to do an analysis of the factors that affect poverty or poor population of Indonesia during the period of 2011-2016 years. The variables used in this study was government spending sectors of education (the education budget), Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), and the labor force. This study uses secondary data composed of six years, beginning in 2011-2016 obtained from the website of the Central Bureau of statistics, BAPPENAS, Ministry of Finance and the General Equalization. Methods of analysis used for this research use the data panel, in which there is a fixed effect test, multikolinieritas test, chow test, heterokesdatisitas test, and the determination of 𝑅2 test. Analysis of the results of this research shows that Government spending on Education Sector a positive and significant effect against poverty, GRDP positive and significant effect against poverty, and the negative effect and labor force significant to poverty.
