Research of the Effectiveness right of inquiry ofIndonesian House of Representatives In Indonesian Constitutional System plays an important role for the development of the Indonesian Constitutional system, especially in the supervision aspect. This study aims to answer the problem “Does the Supervision conducted by the House of Representatives through the right of inquiryEffective?” Data and Information are collected from several sources trough; Study documents and Interviews.The right of Questionnaires carry outs the supervisory function is not provided with a comprehensive legal basis. The object inquiry right related to the object of investigation which is conducted by other enforcement agencies, as well as the use of the right of inquiry implementation did not produce any significant in the implementation of the supervisory function because of many of the recommendations from the special commite does not executed.
