FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN MENGGUNAKAN JASA KOPERASI SERBA USAHA HARAPAN BERSAMA DI KABUPATEN MUARA BUNGO
Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, convenience perception, location, and service flexibility to consumer decisions in using cooperative services all-round efforts of mutual hope in Muara Bungo Regency. Population in this research is active consumer at cooperative all effort effort in Muara Bungo regency, in this research the number of samples 80 respondents selected by using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis in this research is done by using doubled linear regression.The results of this study indicate that (1) service quality variabels have a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions in using cooperative services all-round efforts of mutual hope in Muara Bungo Regency; (2) convenience perception variabel has a positive and significant influence on consumer's decision in using cooperative service of all-round business of mutual hope in Muara Bungo Regency; (3) location variabel has no significant effect to consumer decision in using cooperative service all-round effort of mutual effort in Muara Bungo Regency; (4) flexibility variabels have a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions in using cooperative services all-round efforts of mutual hope in Muara Bungo District.
