PELAKSANAAN KEBIJAKAN PENGURANGAN RISIKO BENCANA MELALUI PERENCANAAN TATA GUNA TANAH DI KABUPATEN SLEMAN
Abstract
Research on implementation of disaster risk reduction policy through land use planning in Cangringan, sleman district plays an important role for human survival and nature conservation. This research aims to answer the problems: 1) how the implementation of disaster risk reduction policy through land policy in disaster area in Sleman Regency; 2) identify the reasons for government strategies in disaster reduction through a government policy. Data obtained from several sources by technique; a) Study documents; b) field study. Mixed research method in terms of this used to analys the real object research. Governments and communities work together in creating disaster awareness awareness from pre-disaster time, during disaster, to after disaster. The first action taken by the government during the pre-disaster phase is to make land mapping with the form of disaster prone areas, creating early warning system. At the stage of the disaster, BPBD of Sleman Regency coordinates the formation of disaster victims through the evacuation route to provide evacuation barracks and cover the primary needs during evacuation. After the disaster the government issued a residential relocation policy which was originally in disaster prone area III to disaster prone area II, I with permanent residence design. With the aim to realize the safe area of disaster BPN and DISPENTARU Sleman District closed the permit and crack down on the establishment of residential in disaster prone area III.
