This research aims to analyze the factors that influence members to apply for Qardhul Hasan financing and factors that influence KSPPS BMT BIMA to distribute Qardhul Hasan financing to the members. This is a field research using descriptive qualitative approach and purposive sampling for the sampling technique. The data of the research were obtained from interview, observation, and documentation. The validity test was carried out by the researcher using credibility test, dependability test, confirmability test, and transferability test. Meanwhile, the data of the research were analyzed inductively in which the analysis was based on the obtained data of the field that included primary and secondary data. The finding reveals that Qardhul Hasan financing is influenced by external and internal factors. The external factors of Qardhul Hasan financing are for additional capital and for fulfilling their children’ needs, while the internal factors of Qardhul Hasan financing has 2 factors in its distribution namely positive and negative factors.
