This study aims to analyze the supply chain of dragon fruit in Banyuwangi district. The location of this study was determined by using purposive sampling for the sample of 55 respondents consisting of 25 farmers, 10 middlemen / collectors, 10 wholesalers, 10 small traders selected by the method of Snowballing Sampling. Analytical tool used is qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Qualitative descriptive analysis using Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN) framework developed by Vorst (2005). As for quantitative analysis to measure supply chain performance using farmer's share analysis approach, marketing margin analysis and profit ratio analysis and cost. In processing supply chain performance analysis is done using a calculator and Microsoft excel. The results showed that the condition of dragon fruit supply chain in Banyuwangi Regency is still not efficient and good yet. If viewed from the measurement of supply chain performance, the supply chain of dragon fruit in Banyuwangi Regency has not reached optimal performance.
