PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DENGAN MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta di Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Pemalang)
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to analysis of influence transformational leadership concerning teacher performance with motivation as intervening study variable at Private Vocational High School in Sub-District Taman, Regency of Pemalang. Subject of this research are Private Vocational High Schools School in Sub-District Taman, Regency of Pemalang. Total of sample are 115 respondent with census method. Analysis technic in this research for testing is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) use software AMOS version 22.
Based on this analysis obtained result that transformational leadership positive influential and significant concerning teacher performance, transformational leadership positive influential and significant concerning work motivation, work motivation positive influential and significant concerning performance , and transformational leadership positive influential and significant concerning performance through mediation motivation in private vocational high school in Sub-District Taman, Regency of Pemalang.
