ANALISIS KEPUASAN PASIEN TERHADAP PELAYANAN INSTALASI FARMASI RAWAT JALAN DI RUMAH SAKIT JOGJA PERIODE JANUARI-MARET 2017
Abstract
Performance level given by the hospital outpatient Pharmacy department
will have an effect on the patient’s satisfaction. Information about patient
satisfaction level toward the given service is important so that the hospital can
evaluate and improve the performance against given mainly in the outpatient
pharmacy department. This research examines the level of satisfaction of
outpatient service in installation against pharmacy outpatient Rumah Sakit Jogja
and on which items must be repaired in service outpatient pharmacy department
of Rumah Sakit Jogja.
This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 150
respondents receiving the service in outpatient Pharmacy Department of Rumah
Sakit Jogja in January-March 2017 with Survey research design. Data analyses
descriptively by using satisfaction analysis and Importance Performance Analysis
(IPA) to know the level of patient satisfaction toward and which items each
dimension were not good enough with the service at outpatient pharmacy
department of Rumah Sakit Jogja.
The results of this research showed that level of satisfaction is 89.70% or it
can be said very satisfied to the service in outpatient pharmacy department of
Rumah Sakit Jogja. IPA analysis showed that all of the item on each of these
dimensions need to be maintained (Quadrant B) and does not require an
improvement in the outpatient pharmacy department service of Rumah Sakit
Jogja.
