STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DESA
Abstract
Village Owned Enterprises is a social and economy institution to provide a service for the society as an attempt of the government to improve the economy. The foundation of the Bulakan Regional Owned Enterprises is Bulakan Village regulation Act number 3 of 2017 about the founding of Village Owned Enterprises. This research aimed to determine the strategy to develop Village Owned Enterprises in order to improve the villager economy. The research used Analytical Hierarchy Process Method. This method used to analyze 11 alternative policies which divided into 3 aspects; management aspect, economic aspect, and promotion aspect. All the alternatives were analyzed by respondents consist of academician, Village Owned Enterprises manager, government, and Bulakan village leader. All the aspects were analyzed by two types of respondents, main person and supportive response. The main person respondent consists of five respondents (Academician, Tourism Manager, Village Leader, and Bulakan Villager). Meanwhile, supportive respond consist of 14 respondents (Villager Government, Village Owned Enterprises Manager, and Bulakan Villager).
