The expansion of Islamic Philanthropy Funds raise many questions about its usability, especially productive oriented empowerment. Utilization of philanthropy funds for the Program of Empowerment in the field of Social Economy began to be developed by zakat management authorities including LAZISMU. Based on the activities frequency of fund utilization for productive program, Yogyakarta Region Leadership is classified as the most developed, especially based in Sleman regency. In this research, there will be many findings on the point of view of the Mustahiq and Amil regarding the economic empowerment program implemented by LAZISMU Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership (PDM) Sleman, starting from Empowerment Indicators, Changes in Mustahiq Economic Conditions and Effectiveness of Utilization using statistical methods as the instrument describes the results. In this research these things have been describing the significant results based mustahik point of view.
