STRATEGI PERSONAL SELLING IKLAN LUAR RUANG PT. RADIFA KREASI UTAMA DALAM MEMBANGUN LOYALITAS TERHADAP KLIEN TAHUN 2014, 2015 dan 2016
Abstract
This research aims to identify about personal selling strategy in developing a loyality to clients during 2014, 2015, and 2016. Subject on this research is PT. Radifa Kreaasi Utama a company that worked in outdoor advertising. This research is descriptive qualitative with using data collection technique in the form of documentation interview and literature study. The informants are people who have responsibility and authority at PT. Radifa Kreasi Utama who work in all yhe process of marketing communication of PT. Radifa Kreasi Utama, there are Operational Manager, Senior Administration and Manager Workshop. Data analysis technique is a qualitative data analysis technique with data validity test used data triangulation.
The result of this research is PT Radifa Kreasi Utama has been a able to implement an effective personal selling strategy for example to keeping with communication with clients, train sales person to be able to convince clients be cooperate and give a best quality of products or service PT. Radifa Kreasi Utama. Loyality to clients can be maintained with a good communication to clients during collaboration between clients and company, and the most important thing is provide the best product with good quality for customer satisfaction. It can get good impact for company so that cooperation into long term
