FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NASABAH MENABUNG DI BANK SYARIAH
Abstract
This research aims to analyze factors that influence the customers of Syariah Banks (case study: Sleman regency). The factors were service, profit sharing, products quality, and religiosity. This research was use primary data by giving questionnaire to the Syariah Banks’ customers in Sleman regency, with sample as 100 respondents. The analysis method was Multiple Linear Regression.
Based on the analysis that had been conducted, the result shows variables of service, profit sharing, products quality, and religiosity were significantly and positively affects the customers of Syariah Banks in Sleman regency.
