| dc.description | This research paper tries to analyze the factors that influence beef import in Indonesia. Dependence variable that use by the writer is beef import meanwhile independence variable is using beef production, Gross Domestic Product and the exchange rate of Rupiah. The data that use on this research is an annual for the period 1980-2016 of the BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik), The Ministry of Agriculture and Bank Indonesia. The estimation tools that use by this research is Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) and support by Eviews 7.2.
Estimation result showing that in short period, the beef import variable itself and the beef production significantly influence and negative to beef import. Meanwhile, the variables of GDP and exchange rate of rupiah did not significantly influence to the beef import. In long period the estimation research showing that the variables of beef production and GDP significantly influence to the beef impot in Indonesia. Meanwhile, exchange rate of rupiah variable not significantly influence to the beef import in Indonesia. The estimation result of VECM in this research paper also resulting important analyze which are IRF (Impulse Response Fuction) VDC (Variance Decomposition). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi impor daging sapi di Indonesia. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah impor sapi sedangkan, variabel independen berupa produksi daging sapi, Produk Domestik Bruto dan kurs (nilai tukar Rupiah). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tahunan selama periode 1980-2016 yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik, Kementerian Pertanian dan Bank Indonesia. Alat estimasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) menggunakan bantuan Eviews 7.2.
Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka pendek, variabel impor sapi sendiri dan produksi daging sapi berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap impor sapi. Sedangkan, variabel Produk Domestik Bruto dan kurs tidak berpengaruh signfikan terhadap impor sapi. Dalam jangka panjang, hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel produksi daging sapi dan PDB berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impor sapi di Indonesia. Sedangkan variabel kurs (nilai tukar Rupiah) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impor sapi di Indonesia. Hasil estimasi VECM dalam penelitian ini juga mengahsilkan analisis penting,yaitu IRF (Impulse Response Function) dan VDC (Variance Decomposition). | en_US |
