PENGARUH CITRA MEREK, KUALITAS PRODUK DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PRODUK KOSMETIK HIJAU
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality,
customer satisfaction and promotion of green cosmetic products brand The Body
Shop. Subjects in the study are the people of Yogyakarta ever mebeli and use
products of The Body Shop. The research data obtained by distributing
questionnaires to 130 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear
regression.
The test results do show the brand image, quality of products and
promotions simultaneously significant effect on customer satisfaction The Body Shop
products. Brand image significant and positive impact on customer satisfaction The
Body Shop products. Quality products significant and positive impact on customer
satisfaction The Body Shop products. Promotion significant and positive impact on
customer satisfaction The Body Shop products.
