PENGARUH RELIGIUSITAS, TINGKAT PENDAPATAN, PENGETAHUAN ZAKAT DAN KREDIBILITAS LPZ TERHADAP MINAT MASYARAKAT MEMBAYAR ZAKAT DI LEMBAGA PENGELOLAAN ZAKAT
Abstract
This study aims to provide an overview and empirical evidence about the influence of religiosity, income level, knowledge of zakat and lpz credibility toward public interest to pay zakat at zakat institutions. Potential of zakat in Indonesia is very large but does not correspond to reality magnitude of zakat collected and administered by the institution of zakat management. Therefore, the authors consider it necessary to conduct research on the factors that affect the public interest to pay their zakat at zakat institutions in Kendal.
Collecting data in this study using questionnaires with respondents criteria that have been set. Questionnaires were distributed to the respondents as many as 125 questionnaires, as many as 116 questionnaires were returned and can be processed as many as 107 questionnaires. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression.
Based on the analysis performed using SPSS 15.0 Stastistics result no significant effect of religiosity variables, while the variables of income level, knowledge zakat and LPZ credibility is significant positive effect.
